Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR


After applying a patch for WebCenter Portal it is not fixing the reported issue.

The patch doesn't show any errors during install.
The Patch shows correctly installed.

This issue was shown after applying <Patch 24623596> on Windows.
The issue can happen with any patch if the environment presents similar circumstances explained in the root cause for this note.

Expect the patch to solve the issue.
