Symptoms
Using OAM 11.1.2.3:
After enabled Oauth2.0 in OAM 11gR2PS3 environment and configured client connection in Servicenow to get Outh token then try Obtaining a Client Access Token by passing the Client ID and Client Secret in the header without encoding, it fails and getting the exception below:
