Tuxedo DBBL/BBL Used Huge Memory And Eventually Encountered Memory Allocation Failure

Symptoms

User is running 32-bit Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 in a 64-bit Linux.
User observed Tuxedo DBBL/BBL memory usage grew quickly and increased to 4GB eventually.  User not only observed slow response from BBL during the time, but also it's crash.

Tuxedo ULOG show the following log entries:

081218.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:2020: ERROR: Memory allocation failure
081234.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:2021: ERROR: Unable to expand message
081254.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: GP_CAT:1201: ERROR: Failed to initialize deflate structure: (-4/insufficient memory)
081254.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6031: ERROR: Unable to pre-process buffer before tranmission.  Error code(12/4484)
081254.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1286: ERROR: tpreturn could not send reply TPESYSTEM - internal system error
081254.myserver!DBBL.35423.4152167008.0: GP_CAT:1201: ERROR: Failed to initialize deflate structure: (-4/insufficient memory)
