No Auto Reconnect To Remote Domain Gateways After Shutdown Remote Domain Gateways.

Symptoms
After RDOM1 & RDOM2 were shutdown the connections between LDOM1 and RDOM1, and between LDOM1 and RDOM2 are not restored automatically. User needed to use dmadmin to manually reconnect these connections.
User saw the following log entries in Tuxedo ULOG:
222533.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxx.2105919808.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1304: WARN: No more remote domain address for remote domain RDOM1
222533.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxx.2095429952.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1008: ERROR: Unable to connect to remote domain (domainid=<RDOM1>); network error code 0
222533.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxx.2095429952.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1008: ERROR: Unable to connect to remote domain (domainid=<RDOM1>); network error code 0
