Information in this document applies to any platform.
Transitioned from Microsoft Exchange to Office 365 Email System for sending notification emails. But after this change, the reset the password ("Reset Password" Option) from OIM with the option selected to email the new password to the user does not send email.
Following error is thrown in SOA Diagnostic Log:
