Password reset is not working. LDAP related error is showing on the screen. (Doc ID 2313913.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to reset a users password in OIM, this is failing with the following error:

Also when trying to create a user and/or modify a user in OIM the same error is written to the OIM logs.
