Error While reading wsdl file:   
WSDLException: faultCode=Problem accessing this wsdl file http://localhost.localdomain:7003/soa-infra/services/default/NvDMVUpdateTransactionSbSvc/nvdmvudatetransactionsb_bpel_client_ep:CatchedWSDLReader readWSDLWithExtensionRegistry returned NULL Definition when parsing WSDL

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Drag a SOAP component onto the External References swim-lane.
2) In the resulting Create Web Service dialog box, paste a URL to the WSDL into the WSDL URL field.
3) Tab away from the WSDL URL field.
4. Notice the error message:
