Symptoms

Deploying one ADF Application makes other ADF Application to go Infinite Loop for Login.

There are two ADF Applications. Both ADF Applications are built using JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0 and deployed in the same domain.
First ADF Application was deployed some time back and running properly.
When the second ADF Application is deployed, the first application gets broken and the login page keeps going in infinite loop.
In this case, both applications are deployed to different clusters in the same domain.
