ADFUI Document Viewer doesn't display new revision after browser refresh (Doc ID 2314284.1)

Symptoms

If you create a new revision from ADFUI Document Viewer and do a browser refresh, then it won't display the new revision by default.  However, it works properly using the Document Viewer's refresh button instead.
