Symptoms

Even after enabling the Two Way client Cert Behavior attribute either to "Client Certs Requested But Not Enforced" or "Client Certs Requested And Enforced" in the Weblogic Admin Console, the two-way SSL connection outbound is not picking up the client certificate to establish its identity.
