Symptoms
Adapter Downtime Warnings after deploying composite new version
When there are two 2 versions of the Project deployed, from EM, it shows some WARNING.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Started the SOA server.
2. Deployed Monitor1Prj and checked EM, it was fine without warning.

3. Deployed Monitor2Prj and checked EM,

got the same WARNING:

Deactivated since 6/9/17 6:53 PM
4. If undeploying Monitor1Prj, the warning is gone.
5. Then deploying Monitor1Prj again, got the warning again:

Deactivated since 6/9/17 7:07 PM
