How to Sync The ObAccessClient.xml From Oamserver /output Directory To WebServer Host Webgate/Config (Doc ID 2315631.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 15, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.0.0 to 11.1.2.3.170718 [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The ObAccessClient.xml in oam admin server (output directory) is not the same as ObAccessClient.xml in the web server instance eg: $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/instances/EBS_web_<instance>_<OHSn>/config/OHS/EBS_web_<instance>/webgate/config directory.

The webgate-agent profile was changed in the oam admin console to add a second server in the primary server list and the  file ObAccessClient.xml  got changed in the $DOMAIN_HOME/output/<agent-id> .

But this did not get reflected in the OHS server and the ObAccessClient.xml from webserver host lists only the oam_server1 in server list.

The note 2248613.1 sort of describes the problem with OHS 12c.

How  to sync the  ObAccessClient.xml from oamserver /output directory to Web-server webgate/config directory?
