Symptoms

After performing the row movement stage of a partitioned purge, running the verification script then reports that there are still open instance(s) :-

eg. From SOA_PARTITION_NAME_LOG_1

CHECKING SCA_FLOW_INSTANCE PARTITION SYS_P10091

** FAIL TOTAL FLOWS : 1397923
** FAIL FLOWS STILL OPEN : 1 (0%)
CHECKING CUBE_INSTANCE PARTITION SYS_P10091

** FAIL -CI_VERIFY: TOTAL INSTANCES IN PARTITION : 3450163
** FAIL INSTANCES STILL OPEN : 2 (0%)
