HTTP-503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. Apache Bridge Failure Using mod_wl_ohs over OAM (Doc ID 2315759.1)

Symptoms

The OHS/Webgate servers front-end the OAM clustered environment, and OHS/Webgate servers are also fronted by F5 Load Balancer.  When it tries to post more than 3000 bytes of data when accessing the https://hostname.domain/oam/server/obareq.cqi, it returns the following error:

a HTTP-503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. Apache Bridge Failure, Internal Processing Error. 

The weblogic proxy log shows the errors, [READ_ERROR_FROM_FILE] (Internal processing error), as shown in the stack below:
