ADF UI is not ordering the Filter by Category in the Search page

Symptoms
On: 12.2.1.1.0 version Content Server with ADF UI
Even with DrillDownFields order set in config.cfg, the ADF UI is not ordering the filter by Category in the search page. ADF UI should keep the same Filter by Category fields order as in Native UI
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ADF UI
2. Go to the search page
3. ADF UI is not ordering the filter by Category in the search page.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have a different sort order in the ADF UI than in the Native UI
