Why userPassword attribute has different definition in OUD schema than in RFC (Doc ID 2316515.1)

userPassword attribute is defined as following into OUD schema:

attributeTypes: ( NAME 'userPassword' SYNTAX X-ORIGIN 'RFC 4519' )

but into RFC 4519 standard, attribute is defined as:

( NAME 'userPassword' EQUALITY octetStringMatch SYNTAX )
