Why userPassword attribute has different definition in OUD schema than in RFC (Doc ID 2316515.1)

Goal

userPassword attribute is defined as following into OUD schema:

attributeTypes: ( 2.5.4.35 NAME 'userPassword' SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.26027.1.3.1 X-ORIGIN 'RFC 4519' )

but into RFC 4519 standard, attribute is defined as:

( 2.5.4.35 NAME 'userPassword' EQUALITY octetStringMatch SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.40 )
