- The steps in "Generating a New Certificate" for WebGate in the manual, "Installing WebGates for OAM 11g Release 2 (18.104.22.168.0)", instructs to generate a new certificate with openssl command located in "WebGate_Home\webgate\iis\tools\openssl".
The issue us the openssl command does not exist in the installed folder 11g WebGate
