Symptoms
Image added to a Content Presenter task flow does not display/render in the page. Same image added to the page in the Image task flow renders correctly.
Changes
WebCenter Portal domain refreshed partially. Only following files in the domain were restored:
$DOMAIN_HOME/config/config.xml and
$DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/*.*
