Reports migrated from 10g or 11g to 12.2.1.0.0 or 12.2.1.1 Reports version using SRW.APPLY_DEFINITION built-in wont work as expected.

A blank label will be displayed instead of the expected result.

Upgrade to Reports 12.2.1.0.0 or 12.2.1.1.0 version.
