SOA Workflow Attachmnet Is Not Able To Open

Symptoms

On : 10.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

Whenever there is a task in the BPM worklist with an attachment, a 404 error and
the following error occurs in the UCM server log:

1. Add a task in the BPM worklist with an attachment
2. Try to open the attachment
