Symptoms

ISSUE
-----------------------
Added a new information field via the Configuration Manager, while certain users can receive search result of those records which contains new information field, some users are not able to retrieve any records from search result page.


ERROR

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Add a new information field into Document Meta
2. Do a search on it.
3. Some users aren't able to get any results.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
User(s) are unable to retrieve search results for the newly added information field.

Changes

 A new metadata filed was added through the Configuration Manager.
