Symptoms

On : OID 12.2.1.3.0 version, Oracle Directory Services Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a new user in OID through ldap commands, that new user isn't getting displayed immediately on ODSM without refreshing the existing window.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
after adding the users in OID,  the new account's should be displayed on ODSM immediately after refreshing. no need to logout and login.
