Error in console window of StartNodemanager while stopping Nodemanager from stopNodeManager.cmd (Doc ID 2317810.1)

Symptoms

While stopping NodeManger from <Domain_Home>\bin\stopNodeManager.cmd from CLI, there is "( was unexpected at this time" at the console window of startNodeManager

The error is:
"( was unexpected at this time"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the Weblogic Server.
2. Create a simple Domain with Admin server and node manager.
3. Open the command prompt, goto <DOMAIN_HOME>\bin, run the command startNodeManager.cmd
4. Execute stopNodeManager.cmd in another command prompt and observe in startNodeManager.cmd console.
