While upgrading Oracle Forms and Report services from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.2 , re-configuring domain fails with error :

"CFGFWK-64254 : Error occurred in "Post Processing" phase execution

Encountered error: java.lang.NullPointerException"
