'404 Not Found' Thrown From Client When Accessing Oracle Traffic Directory Thru Java Cloud Service

Data flow as follows:
Client(s) ---> OTD (JCS) --> Origin
In this scenario, OTD was listening on port 80 and 443 for client requests. When client's attempted connection a "404 Not Found" is thrown from client side. There is no data in the either the OTD access or server.log files.
