Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3.0) Amtruststore amd .OAMKEYSTORE Doesn't Keep the Certificates After OAM Restart

Importing certificates into the amtruststore and .oamkeystore key stores are successful, BUT... if the OAM server is restarted the certificates are no longer in the keystores

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Retrieved the password using the knowledge base

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3.x): Retrieve the Password for the .oamkeystore and amtruststore Files in WebLogic Fails File "NameError: listCred" (Doc ID 2312770.1)

2. Added trusted root certificates into amtruststore using the "keytool"
3. "keytool" list the added trusted root certificate
4. After restarting OAM, certificate is missing from the amtruststore file
