Oracle WebGate for IIS 8.5 Crashes When POST Request is Received

We have encountered an issue with integrating IIS 8.5 and Oracle Access Manager 11.1.2.3.160328

At this time HTTP GET Requests are processed properly. However, when an HTTP POST request is received it causes the Application Pool to crash. The Windows Event Viewer message indicates that this crash is due to the Oracle provided webgate.dll

The HTTP POST Testing was performed using a tool that allows custom HTTP Requests to be constructed and sent.
