After upgrade to 12c from 11g,
I am attempting to start a managed server on Weblogic 12c.  But when I use Node manager to start a managed server, things go failed. In console, the state of my managed server says "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" and status of last action is "FAILED."

From nodemanager log:
<Oct 19, 2017 11:58:58 AM NZDT> <INFO> <OSBSIT> <WLS_OSB2> <The server 'WLS_OSB2' with process id 25747 is no longer alive; waiting for the process to die.>

<Oct 19, 2017 11:58:58 AM NZDT> <INFO> <OSBSIT> <WLS_OSB2> <Server failed but will not be restarted because the maximum number of restart attempts has been exceeded>
