Managed Servers Cannot Be Started Via The WLS Console (Doc ID 2319049.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade to 12c from 11g, it is failed when I use Node manager to start a managed server. In console, the state of the managed server says "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" and status of last action is "FAILED."

From nodemanager log:

Changes

 Moved from JRockit to Hotspot JVM after upgrade from 11g.
