Policy Tree Is Not Showing Policy Data In OAAM Admin Console

The OAAM baseline snapshot was loaded into OAAM after it was installed and configured. However, the policy tree in the OAAM Admin Console. I have attached screenshots showing that there are active policies, and the message displayed under the Policy Tree. We have restarted oaam_admin_server1 several times, but have seen no change.
