oam-server deploymnent fails with error "Failed to apply the element override tangosol-coherence-override.xml" (Doc ID 2319508.1)

oam-server.ear application fails to deploy on one of the nodes in the cluster.

Below error is seen during problematic server startup.
Problematic server is seen in Running state.
Application deploys fine on servers of the same cluster, installed on another node.
Issue with servers on this particular node only.
