Warning Message in the OAM Log After OAM 11g PS3 Upgrade (Doc ID 2319800.1)

Goal

Warning message in our OAM logs after upgraded to PS3 version. Please provide the reason of the warning message. Will it will affect of OAM performance or any other issue in our environment or not.
