Error "The User weblogic does not exist in the policy store" Occurs When Logging in with the Admin User (Doc ID 2319930.1)

Unable to login to the Imaging server with the weblogic user.

This is a new installation. The Default Authenticator was changed from Required to Sufficient. This is only occurring with the one user.
