Problem: Oracle Universal Installer Displays All Non-Readable Characters (Doc ID 2320272.1)

The Issue is presently observed on RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) 7, but may be present on other Linux based distributions that use the X11 server for GUI presentation.

Symptoms

The Oracle Universal installer when launching, shows in the GUI window (with exception to the "Oracle" logo) all non-readable (binary) characters.
The issue is happening when invoking an Oracle Universal Installer for an Oracle Fusion Middleware product through an SSH client (I.e. Putty, MobaXTerm, etc.).
