Goal
How to modify the public OTD config to limit access to specific IP addresses.
In this example, the Public OTD rules limit access to the "/soa/utility/getoraclestatus" URI. If this URI is requested, it should only be allowed for the following client IP($ip) addresses:
54.77.xxx.xx
52.51.xxx.xx
35.156.xxx.xx
35.158.xxx.xxx
Any requests from other IP addresses should receive an HTTP-403 response.
