Jagent Fails With Unexpected Behavior No Agent Object Found JAgent Will Exit (Doc ID 2320529.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Golden Gate Version: 12.3.x
OGG Monitor Agent Version: 12.2.x

While configuring OGG Monitor following errors are reported in ogg_jagent.log:
