"Subject To Audit" And "Subject To Review" Is Missing After Upgrading from URM 10G to 11G (Doc ID 2320833.1)

We have recently upgraded from URM 10G to 11g and the "subject to review" and "subject to audit" metadata field is missing in 11g.

However, we do see "vital" and "vital reviewer" instead.  Are there any differences between these fields?
