On : Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012 R2
Database: Microsoft SQL Server
DB and AppServer OS: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012 R2
PeopleTools version: 8.56.01
PeopleSoft Application version: FSCM 9.2 image 11
Tuxedo 12.2.2 for VS2015

 When attempting to install Tuxedo 12.2.2. rolling patch level RP022, using this command "opatch.bat apply 26897043.zip", Opatch reports to stdout this error:
"else was unexpected at this time."
