Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Forms Recognition (OFR) 10g to WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) 11g, the Verifier batchlist sort order works differently.  In 11g, when a user clicks on a column other than Priority (for example, Batch Name or Last Accessed Date), the batchlist is sorted by priority first, and then by the other column selected.  Priority 1 batches are always presented at the top of the list, regardless of the sort column selected.  How can this be changed to behave like OFR 10g?
