WFR Vendor Pool Is Not Auto-Populating (Doc ID 2321721.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Forms Recognition, the vendor pool not auto-populating based on current setup and no errors are being reported in the h_logs. The use case is to have the VendorASSA Vendor pool update daily.  The pool is not picking up new vendors being created in EBS. Import Service is set up to run at 10:00 PM daily. According to the Import logs it is connecting, however, the vendor pool is not updating. How can this be resolved?
