Last updated on SEPTEMBER 07, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version 12.2.1.2.6 to 12.2.1.3.181204 [Release 12c]

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When creating a "Patch Deployment Archive" from a Version Control System (VCS) Label in an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) repository that is integrated with VCS (Apache Subversion SVN or Git), the Execution Patch Deployment Archive file is labeled incorrectly as an "Initial Deployment Archive". Also, the Source Type is ODI where it should be VCS (SVN or Git). As a result, the deployment archive cannot be used for patching.
