How to Reconcile ObjectGuid (key field) Value Changes Back to Same Account in OIM When AD Was Restored? (Doc ID 2322164.1)

Goal

Suppose one had restored the Active Directory environment and as a result, the ObjectGUID for all users changed. Now after this change, when AD Target User Recon is run, the Account tab for users has another entry of AD resource.  How to have the original AD Account of the users in OIM gets linked to AD accounts with new ObjectGUID?
