java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: SSO KeyStore not available When Using IBM JDK With SSL (Doc ID 2322238.1)

Symptoms

This application deployed to IBM WebSphere and using an IBM JDK gets the following stack

Caused by: oracle.net.ns.NetException: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
