Import-ldif : Invalid Core Attribute Definitions Due To Discrepancies In 00core.ldif OUD Vs ODSEE

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users exported from ODSEE 188.8.131.52 using dsconf export and imported into OUD 184.108.40.206 using import-ldif.
Most of the entries cannot be imported as they are failing with errors like:
Entry uid=.... read from LDIF starting at line 58311 includes value .... for attribute x500UniqueIdentifier that is invalid according to the associated syntax: The provided value .... is not a valid bit string because it is not surrounded by single quotes and followed by a capital letter B
Entry uid=.... read from LDIF starting at line 19825 includes value "Présent" for attribute destinationIndicator that is invalid according to the associated syntax: The provided value "Présent" could not be parsed as a printable string because it contained an invalid character é at position 2
