Goal

WebLogic Server uploads some of the deployed application files under this directory {DOMAIN_HOME}/servers/{SERVER_NAME}/tmp/_WL_internal/bea_wls_internal/xxxx/war/. Is that normal?
Is it possible for someone to upload the application file to directory {DOMAIN_HOME}/servers/{SERVER_NAME}/tmp/_WL_internal/bea_wls_internal/xxxx/war/? Is it a security issue? How to prevent it?
