Symptoms
On : 11.2.0.3 Thin JDBC driver
WebLogic 11g - 10.3.6
OAM software is 11.1.2.3
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
java version - 1.7.0_111
When testing the datasource from OAM console and while the server is booting up, the following errors occur:
weblogic.jdbc.extensions.ConnectionDeadSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
If the connection is made from another domain datasource in WebLogic, the connection succeeds. The issue only occurs with OAM datasource.
