Symptoms

Error “oracle.igf.ids.IDSException: No such entity” after BPM upgrade from 11.1.1.7.8 to 12.2.1.1

- There are two authentication providers configured one is the default authenticator and another one is a LDAP provider pointing to ODSEE LDAP

- The weblogic user is defined in the default provider

- The Default authenticator appears first in the list, and both providers are declared as SUFFICIENT and virtualization is enabled.

- Though weblogic is present in the default authenticator and first in the order, it is not getting picked up. Also, regardless of the order, we expect that even if the user was not found in one provider, it should continue to the other provider and succeed.
