Error "17003 Invalid Column Index" When Using the Pure SQL Option Within the Database Adapter (Doc ID 2323290.1)

Symptoms

While executing the Pure SQL option with a DB Adapter, a dynamic parameter is attempted to be passed as an input, however, the parameter is not getting assigned to the input as expected but rather the '?' character is being assigned. The following error is generated during runtime.
