Symptoms

Managed servers are started through node manager, but the Administration Server was unable to establish JMX Connectivity with the managed server.

AdminServer.log shows warning message as below samples.

<Warning> <JMX> <AdminServer> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <>  <[severity-value: 16] [rid: 0] [partition-id: 0] [partition-name: DOMAIN] > <BEA-149535> <JMX Resiliency Activity Server=** : Starting JMX connection. forceReconnect value: false>
