On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Oracle Forms Server

Use frmconfighelper deploy_app failed with error below:

ECHO is off
MW_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home
JAVA_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home \oracle_common\jdk
arguments passed : deploy_app tis12forms frmservlet WLS_FORMS12
processing argument deploy_app
