"ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to" : Error Over 443 Port With ServiceNow Connector (Doc ID 2325468.1)

Using ServiceNow connector with OIM and have configured IT resource with SSL connection over 443 port.

While running any of the connector reconciliation job, it fails with following error:

Caused by: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to [<hostname.domain name> /<IP Address>] failed: Connection
timed out at org.apache.http.impl.conn.HttpClientConnectionOperator.connect(HttpClientConne

 Steps to reproduce:

1- Install the version of the ServiceNow Connector
2- Configure the connector to use SSL over 443 port.
3- Run the connector reconciliation job.
